Compatible Toner Products: Defective or damaged toner products may be returned or exchanged with full credit for up to 180 days from purchase.

B2B Toner may elect to ship a replacement toner before the defective or damaged toner is received back at their warehouse for evaluation. B2B Toner will either arrange to pick up the defective toner, or issue a pre-paid UPS return label to send the toner cartridge back to their warehouse. If the defective toner is not returned within 30 days of the return label being received, B2B Toner retains the right to charge the customer for the replacement toner, at the published website price.

Please note that occasionally B2B Toner receives toner back as defective that is not their product. Other times they receive a toner cartridge back due to “streaking” problems, and find out that the cartridge is simply empty. This is a fairly common occurrence, especially in larger companies where multiple employees may be responsible for changing toner cartridges. We recommend keeping the original box, and then placing the empty cartridge in it afterwards for disposal, recycling or returns.

Compatible toner ordered in error is subject to a 15% restocking fee. Toner must be returned unopened and in saleable condition.

A Return Authorization (RA) number will be issued for all returns. No returns can be accepted without an RA number. Please note the RA number on a separate document, along with a brief example or description of the problem if possible. Please do not write on the product packaging itself. Also, please “box up” all returns. Return labels take into account the additional weight of the cardboard box and packaging material. Again, to request an RA number please email admin@b2btoner.com

OEM Toner Products: Same warranty – but 90 days from purchase date and 25% restocking fee for items ordered in error. These changes reflect the more restrictive policies of the OEM manufacturers.
